In this heart-centered entry-level role, you will assist residents with their daily routines, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes. Whether you are experienced or brand new to the care sector, you will be fully supported by Care UK's Learning Academy to deliver personalized care plans, encourage physical activity, and foster a warm, motivating, and homely atmosphere for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily personal care, mobility needs, and nutrition during mealtimes while promoting dignity and independence.
Support the implementation of personalized care plans by identifying residents' individual goals, hobbies, and interests.
Encourage residents to participate in engaging physical activities and social opportunities within a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
A naturally caring, empathetic, and passionate attitude with a strong commitment to putting residents at the heart of daily care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
No prior experience required; openness to learning through Care UK’s comprehensive induction and Learning Academy training programs.
