Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nursing care, including medication administration, wound care management, and catheter maintenance.
Lead and mentor care assistants on shift while maintaining rigorous clinical standards and infection control.
Formulate, review, and evaluate comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
Requirements
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with an active PIN.
Solid understanding of clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST assessments.
Proven experience in writing detailed care plans and managing complex resident dependencies.
