About the Role
As a Team Leader at Asda Birmingham, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of your department on night shifts. You will lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping store processes running smoothly, managing stock, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. Working closely with your manager, you'll maintain high standards and keep your team focused, energized, and motivated.
