About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to partner with Morrisons to recruit a reliable and hands-on Customer Assistant for their Nights team in Reigate. In this vital overnight role, you will work behind the scenes to unload deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure the store shelves are fully stocked, clean, and tidy so everything is ready for shoppers when the morning doors open.
Key Responsibilities
Overnight Replenishment & Stocking: Unload incoming deliveries and replenish store stock to keep shelves full, clean, and tidy.
Store Preparation: Work through structured night routines to ensure the store is fully prepared for the next day's customers.
Cross-Department Flexibility: Receive training to support other store areas such as Market Street and Service when required.
Safety & Process Adherence: Handle store equipment safely and follow established operating guidelines meticulously.
What We Are Looking For
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older for this overnight role due to health and safety regulations.
Personality: A helpful, friendly approach with a strong commitment to team spirit and customer focus.
Work Style: Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured overnight environment.
Availability: Reliable and comfortable working night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00.
