Location: Canning Court Care Home, Canners Way, Stratford-Upon-Avon, CV37 0BJ
Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Day and Night positions available, alternate weekends required)

We are partnering with Canning Court (part of Bupa)—a wonderful care home dedicated to person-centred care and independence—to find a dedicated Care Assistant for a permanent role. In this heartwarming position, you will be right at the heart of the community, supporting residents with clinical, social, and emotional care to help them live their best lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care, tailoring support to their specific needs.
Providing a wide range of care from daily companionship to personal care, nurturing relationships, and bringing warmth to individuals.
Collaborating with nurses and senior care assistants to monitor residents, track changes, and maintain modern digital care records.
Communicating compassionately with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.
