Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for a dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join the night team at Mount House & Severn View. Offering true flexibility, this casual position provides cover as needed while helping residents enjoy each night and morning by receiving the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. From assisting with daily living needs and following personalised care plans to sharing one-to-one time and warm moments, no two shifts are ever the same.
About You
Experience: Some prior experience in caring for older people.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" approach, and a warm-hearted, empathetic personality.
