Barchester is looking for an inspirational Home Manager for a unique relocation opportunity to the Isle of Wight. Managing one of their award-winning care homes, you will have the autonomy to run your location with the backing of a robust corporate infrastructure, all while leading a mission to provide the absolute best person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Culture: Inspire, develop, and motivate a dedicated team to achieve continuous improvement and outstanding personalized care.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain strong commercial success, occupancy, and marketing performance within the care sector.

• Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure strict adherence to CQC regulations, compliance standards, and robust safeguarding guidelines.

• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong, positive links within the local community.

About You

To thrive in this senior leadership role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy growth.

• A successful track record of running a commercially successful, Good or /Outstanding-rated care home.

• A strong, current understanding of CQC guidelines, compliance, and safeguarding.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and business management skills.
