Salary: £12.75 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time and Part-Time positions available (Day or Night shifts, including alternate weekends)

We are partnering with Aston Court (part of Bupa) to find dedicated Care Assistants for permanent full-time and part-time roles. Whether you are an experienced carer or completely new to the sector, you will be at the heart of our home, delivering person-centred personal and social care that helps our residents live their best lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their individual needs.
Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements, from daily companionship to personal care duties.
Working closely as part of a close-knit team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
Communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.
