Care Assistant (Day & Night)

As a Care Assistant, you will provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents tailored to their individual needs. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families while maintaining high standards of care and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and meal times.

• Support the development and updating of individualised care plans.

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all residents across shift patterns.

Requirements

• A compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude towards caregiving.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with flexibility for shift work.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the Ripon care home.
