Salary: £25,591.37 to £27,295.41 per annum pro rata
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays). Flexible shift options available: 09:00 – 17:00, 09:30 – 17:30, or 10:00 – 18:00. (Two posts available).

We are acting on behalf of Nimbuscare Ltd to recruit two organized, empathetic, and proactive Care Co-Ordinators to provide efficient and effective administrative support across their Clinical Services and Urgent Care directorates.
As part of a socially driven, not-for-profit organization within the NHS family, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in helping clinical teams meet patient health needs, manage referrals, and maintain a seamless, positive patient experience.
Administrative & Clinical Support: Process referrals, perform clinical coding, and manage patient information accurately using the SystmOne clinical system.
Patient Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals over the phone, booking appointments and following enquiries through to complete resolution.
Team Collaboration: Communicate information clearly and concisely to multidisciplinary team members, handling administrative requests and managing assigned areas of work with strong attention to detail.
Flexible Working: Adapt to changing priorities across busy office environments within the Clinical Services and Urgent Care teams while strictly observing confidentiality, data protection, and Nimbuscare policies.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent, such as GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above).
Skills & Abilities: Competency in Microsoft Office applications, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong numeracy and administrative abilities, and a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Attributes: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure to deadlines, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Professional Standards: Strict adherence to patient confidentiality and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Desirable Criteria
Prior experience working within the NHS or general practice.
Hands-on experience using the SystmOne clinical system.
Experience processing referrals and utilizing the NHS Gateway.
