Salary: £13.45 - £15.02 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (44 hours per week, flexible day/night shifts)

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial leadership role within our care home. You will take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, managing medications, reviewing care plans, and guiding a talented team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
Take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, including medication administration, care plan reviews, and accurate record-keeping.
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Care Assistants, conducting shift handovers and supporting team development.
Assist with the training, induction, and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported.
Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals like GPs and District Nurses.
Assist residents with a range of personal care duties, championing their dignity and independence.
Completed or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Care (Bupa is happy to support you in completing your qualification if needed).
Previous experience in a senior care role, with a strong understanding of its rewards and challenges.
