Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Full-Time, 48 hours per week (12-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends)

About the Role

Are you a compassionate night owl looking for a meaningful role where you can provide comfort and security when it matters most? We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join the family at Cotman House, a 62-bedded dementia and residential care home in Felixstowe.

In this vital role, you will provide person-centred support through the night, ensuring our residents feel safe, valued, and peaceful while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalised care and assistance to residents during night hours, respecting their dignity and independence.

• Build meaningful, reassuring relationships with residents and their families.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care and safety throughout the night.

• Put residents first in every interaction, ensuring a comforting and nurturing environment.
