About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Staff Nurse on a permanent basis on behalf of Cotswold Spa Hospital in Broadway, Worcestershire, a specialist eating disorder and mental health clinic supporting young people (CAMHS ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-25).
(Please note: Candidates must have completed their preceptorship with verifiable evidence to be considered). In this vital clinical role, you will ensure patients recovering from conditions like Anorexia and Bulimia receive high-quality, compassionate nursing care. You will take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, provide mentorship to colleagues, and maintain accurate clinical records in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Experience: A relevant nursing qualification with a current, active NMC registration, alongside completed preceptorship with evidence.
Skills: Strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, excellent clinical judgment, and a flexible, positive approach.
Attributes: Naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to high-quality, evidence-based care practice.
Proximity & Attitude: A commitment to supporting vulnerable young people, and ideally living within a manageable commute of Broadway, Worcestershire (WR12 7DE).
