Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Full-Time and Part-Time options available (Shifts include alternate weekends)

About the Role

Are you warm, friendly, and passionate about creating delightful dining and social experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Host to join the family at Tarring Manor, a 75-bedded residential and dementia care home in Worthing.

In this engaging role, you will be the welcoming face of our home, ensuring that meal times and daily interactions are joyful, comfortable, and tailored to the unique needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors through exceptional hospitality service.

• Assist with smooth meal service, ensuring every resident's dietary needs, preferences, and choices are met.

• Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization in dining and common areas.

• Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues, bringing empathy and professionalism to everything you do.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work harmoniously within a dedicated team.

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality service and enhancing the daily lives of residents.
