About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, customer-focused Customer Assistant - Online for their Weston-super-Mare store. Operating in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, you will use in-store tech to pick and pack customer orders quickly and carefully, ensuring online shoppers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Use in-store technology to accept orders, locate the correct products, and accurately pick and pack items for delivery or collection.
Process & Pace: Work efficiently through timed activities and structured routines to keep operations running smoothly.
Customer-Centric Focus: Keep quality standards high so that every online customer receives a brilliant, dependable service.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Support other store operations, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily business needs.
What We Are Looking For
Age Requirement: Must be over the legal school-leaver age (with certain roles requiring applicants to be 18+ due to health and safety regulations).
Personality: A helpful, friendly approach with a genuine passion for putting customers first.
Work Ethic: Enjoys staying active, being hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable using equipment safely, following established processes, and supporting different teams across the store.
