Swim Instructor

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join a premier fitness and wellbeing club in Bishop's Stortford, UK. In this flexible bank role, you will deliver structured, high-quality swimming instruction to members of all ages and skill levels in a safe, encouraging environment.

Working within modern aquatic facilities, you will follow the Swim England framework to design engaging group and individual coaching sessions. This position is ideal for a qualified, passionate instructor seeking flexible hours while helping adults and children build confidence in the water.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individual or group swimming lessons adhering to the official Swim England curriculum.

• Encourage and motivate swimmers across varied age groups to help them achieve their personal aquatic goals.

• Promote facility services and health club memberships by highlighting the benefits of swimming and fitness programs.

Requirements

• Recognized ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, patient teaching style.

• Demonstrated passion for aquatic sports paired with an ability to tailor coaching to individual learner needs.
