Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care while promoting residents' independence and dignity.

• Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and engaging social activities that enhance wellbeing.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, accurately record changes, and report concerns in line with care standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
