Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time agency shifts (Day shifts: 08:00 – 20:00; Waking Nights: 20:00 – 08:00, with higher night rates available)

Key Responsibilities

• Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert support including seizure management, PEG feeding, ventilation support, medication administration, moving and handling, and personal care.

• Daily Living & Wellbeing Support: Assist with daily routines, meals, hydration, and communication needs.

• Social & Emotional Engagement: Encourage social engagement, hobbies, activities, and positive behavior strategies while providing compassionate companionship.

• Care Plan Execution: Follow client care plans precisely as advised by nurse managers, prioritizing wellbeing and raising any safeguarding concerns immediately.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:

• Previous practical care experience, including personal care.

• A commitment to working a minimum of 2 shifts per week (full-time options of 3–5 shifts are also available).

• Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role).

• A driving license is preferred, though not strictly essential.
