Location: Richmond Village Nantwich, St Josephs Way, Nantwich, CW5 6LZ
Salary: £13.25 per hour + Paid Breaks
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week, Night Shifts: 21:00 - 07:00)

We are partnering with Richmond Villages Nantwich (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated Care Assistant for a permanent night-shift role. In this vital position, you will be at the heart of our community, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and ensures our residents feel safe, valued, and well-cared for through the night.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care throughout the night, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from reassurance and companionship to personal care.
Working collaboratively as part of a close team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
Communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
