Location: Tarring Manor, Worthing (BN14 7ND)
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends)
About the Role
Are you naturally warm, empathetic, and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference through the night? We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join the family at Tarring Manor, a 75-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Worthing.
In this role, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care through the night hours, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, respected, and comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised night-time care and assistance to residents with empathy and respect.
Build comforting, meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring their safety and peace of mind through the night.
Collaborate closely with your night-shift colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care.
Put residents first in everything you do, creating a nurturing and tranquil environment.
