In this part-time bank role based in Colchester, UK, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to support club operations based on your availability. You will monitor the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room areas, ensure adherence to Pool Safety Guidelines, respond promptly to incidents, and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for members in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise wet side facilities—including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room—to ensure member safety and health in Colchester, UK.

• Maintain complete vigilance and alertness at all times, responding immediately to emergency situations or safety incidents in Colchester, UK.

• Enforce Pool Safety Guidelines while delivering helpful, professional customer service to members and visitors in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Mandatory National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or recognized equivalent with up-to-date ongoing training records in Colchester, UK.

• Strong swimming abilities, acute observation skills, and a proactive attitude toward health and safety enforcement in Colchester, UK.
