Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and oversee residents' physical, emotional, and clinical wellbeing during night shifts.

• Develop and review personalised care plans while administering medications safely and accurately.

• Provide clinical guidance to the care team and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with previous nursing experience.

• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts and remain calm in emergency situations.
