About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a high-performing and dynamic Trading Manager for their Stirling store. In this vital leadership role, you will ensure market-leading product availability and pristine store standards across all departments, creating a fantastic shopping experience while keeping the store legal, safe, and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer service.
Availability & Standards: Drive market-leading availability, ensuring products are fully stocked, legally compliant, and beautifully presented.
People Management: Oversee day-to-day people routines, including department scheduling, absence tracking, performance management, and talent development.
Customer Focus: Listen and respond actively to customer feedback, planning and organizing in-store promotions or events.
Collaboration: Partner effectively with the Store Manager and other department managers to drive performance, operational efficiency, and sales growth.

Experience: Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment—whether within retail, hospitality, the service industry, or travel and tourism.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to share knowledge, coach colleagues, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
