Location: Boroughbridge Manor Care Home, Roecliffe Lane, Boroughbridge, YO51 9LW (with frequent travel required across the Central Division)
Salary: Up to £43,775 per annum plus car allowance

Working as a permanent Divisional Activities Lead through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will support activity coordinator staff across the Central Division and drive a whole-home approach to resident wellbeing. In this key role, you will champion the Care and Life Enrichment Framework to ensure outstanding regulatory results, travel across homes to provide hands-on guidance, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to shape exceptional resident experiences.
Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and support to Activity Coordinators across the division.
Conduct weekly support visits to homes identified as needing assistance and establish effective action plans.
Facilitate quarterly face-to-face meetings to share best practices, ideas, and lessons learned.
Drive community links and forge key partnerships with external organizations to enhance life enrichment.
Analyze divisional and corporate data to track and improve activity delivery.
Support recruitment, training, and the adoption of digital tools among activity teams.
Work collaboratively across departments (Marketing, Quality & Regulation, Nursing, Dementia, and Procurement) to develop guidance and policies.
GCSE level Maths and English.
Proven experience in delivering and providing in-person wellbeing and activities sessions.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, including with senior audiences.
A proven track record of delivering against targets under pressure.
Strong ability to work effectively within a multi-functional team.
Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the country, including overnight stays (essential).
