Location: Church Farm Care Home, Church Farm Lane, East Wittering, Chichester, PO20 8PT
Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Day and Night shifts available)

We are partnering with Church Farm (part of Bupa) to find dedicated Care Assistants for permanent full-time roles. Whether you are an experienced carer or looking to take your first steps into the sector, you will be right at the heart of our home, delivering person-centred care that empowers our residents to live a life they truly love.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship and daily personal care to individual care plan tasks.
Observing, managing, and documenting resident behaviors and changes in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Assisting with nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging residents to eat and drink comfortably.
Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through group and individual social and recreational activities.
What We’re Looking For
A motivated, positive mindset with great interpersonal skills and a natural passion for helping others.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification (though full training and support are provided).
