The Role

As a Bank Food Services Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food presentation. You will ensure that dining areas are immaculate and that residents receive their meals and refreshments with care and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, relatives, and visitors.

• Ensure high-quality food presentation at all times.

• Serve meals and drinks directly to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms.

• Maintain clean, tidy, and presentable dining areas.

• Serve refreshments outside of regular meal times as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, backed by a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

• A friendly, approachable professional who believes nothing is too much trouble and loves cherishing the little moments with residents.

• A collaborative team player dedicated to maintaining high standards in and around the home.

• Note: Please be aware that this role is not at or above RQF Level 3 and is ineligible for sponsorship under the UK's Points-Based Immigration System.
