Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join their Mindplace clinic in St Albans, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CBT professional to deliver evidence-based psychological therapy within a supportive clinical environment, helping clients achieve positive mental health outcomes through high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting service improvement.

Requirements

• Full BABCP Accreditation and a BABCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

• Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and caseload management skills.
