Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit a skilled Deputy Hospital Director (RMN) on behalf of our client for Jasmine Court Independent Hospital in Waltham Abbey, Essex. In this key leadership role, you will provide clinical direction, maintain high care standards for patients with complex mental health needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards alongside the Hospital Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strong clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Oversee team performance, assist with financial planning and budget management, and participate in the management on-call rota.

• Ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively for patients presenting with complex psychiatric and health requirements.

Requirements

• Active NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

• Substantial clinical management and leadership experience within a mental health hospital or secure care setting.

• Strong strategic planning skills, financial oversight ability, and experience managing complex mental health cases.
