As a Care Assistant at Edingley Lodge Care Home, you will help our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Every day is varied and rewarding—from assisting with daily living, food and drink, and care plans to sharing companionship, great moments, and one-to-one time.
Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily living, follow personalised care plans, and ensure each individual receives dedicated attention.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, build warm relationships, and share special memories with residents.
Daily Support: Help with meals, refreshments, and day-to-day activities to promote independence and well-being.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm, empathetic nature.
Compassion: Above all, a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of care and support. Full training will be provided to help you thrive!
