Schedule: Permanent, Full-Time (36.75 Hours per week, fully flexible between 04:00 - 22:00, Monday to Sunday, with overtime available)

About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a natural leader and people person as an Online Team Leader for their Basingstoke store. Whether you are an experienced leader or a high-performing customer assistant looking to take the next step in your retail career, this role places you at the driving force of our in-store online operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture: Build an engaging, supportive, and high-performance culture where colleagues are trusted, recognized, and empowered to put customers first.
Operational Performance: Ensure all orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered within strict timescales while keeping product substitutions to a minimum.
Data & Process Optimization: Analyse department data to simplify workflows, speed up processes, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly adhered to across the department.
What We Are Looking For
Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Leadership & Coaching: Proven experience in developing and leading teams, coaching members to build competence, confidence, and high performance.
Technical Knowledge: Strong operational and technical familiarity with online retail and fulfillment departments.
Organizational Skills: Capable of planning, organizing, and managing both personal and direct reports' workloads effectively under tight deadlines.
