Salary: £18.25 per hour + £1.25 shift premium (for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), earning a minimum of £875 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 50 hours per week over 5 days (Rotational shift patterns with early morning or afternoon starts)
About the Role
We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a reliable Distribution Driver HGV for their transport team at Westbury Mill in Wiltshire. In this role, you will service a wide variety of company and contract farms across the Breeder and Broiler Division.
Please note: This is a physically demanding role that involves lifting and connecting pipes to associated feed bins within a dark, wet, and dusty agricultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safe Delivery & Transport: Deliver feed safely to farms across the UK while strictly adhering to driver regulations, health and safety standards, and load security requirements.
Farm Liaison & Operations: Act as a professional company representative on-site, liaising with site managers and assisting with weighbridge duties and general yard operations as needed.
Compliance & Checks: Ensure working hours meet legal standards, wear all provided PPE continually, and promptly report any vehicle issues or concerns.
Schedule Adherence: Work effectively within strict time schedules to ensure all designated farms are serviced on time.

What We Are Looking For
Licences & Qualifications: A valid C+E licence, in-date CPC, and valid Tacho card.
Experience: Proven experience driving Class 1 vehicles.
Attitude: A self-motivated, honest work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to daily business requirements.
