About the Role
As a General Assistant, you will carry out a wide variety of tasks to help provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. Because this is such a wide-reaching role spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, you will play an integral part in creating a warm, clean, and homely environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake diverse responsibilities across cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and catering support.
Help maintain a pristine, comfortable, and welcoming setting for all residents.
Build positive, meaningful professional relationships with residents, putting their needs and happiness first.
