About the Role

As a Bank General Assistant at Wadhurst Manor Care Home, you will carry out a diverse range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve.

Working flexibly on a casual bank contract, no two days will be the same as you take on varied responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering. Because this is such a wide-reaching role, you will play a key part in creating a warm, homely environment while building positive professional relationships that make our residents' experience happy and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diverse day-to-day duties across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, warm, and welcoming home environment for residents and visitors.

• Build positive, caring relationships with residents, putting their needs and wellbeing first.

• Provide flexible bank cover on days as and when required to support the home.
