Pay Rate: £16.40 per hour
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 44.00 hours per week (4 shifts per week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including alternate weekends)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available

About the Role
As a Permanent Residential Senior Carer at Darcy Gardens Care Home, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, training, supervising, and delegating duties to a dedicated team of care staff on shift.
Administering and ordering medication, as well as reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.
Liaising professionally with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
Respecting the dignity, independence, and preferences of residents while helping create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
About You
We are looking for compassionate, warm-hearted leaders who want to build a long-term career in care. To join us, you will need:
A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
Formal medication training and previous experience in a residential care setting.
Proven team leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions supporting resident wellbeing.
