Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: Bank (Zero Hours contract with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts)
Hourly Rate: £26.00 per hour + accumulated holiday pay

We are currently recruiting a dedicated HDU Staff Nurse to join the surgical critical care team on a flexible bank basis at KIMS Hospital, Kent’s largest independent hospital.

Assess, plan, and deliver exceptional clinical care to surgical patients requiring Level 2 High Dependency Care, enhanced step-down care, and post-operative support.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and ward manager, maintaining accountability and upholding high standards of clinical practice.
Supervise and direct junior staff, helping to train and develop team members in managing high dependency beds.
Engage with external support networks, such as the Kent Critical Care network, to continuously enhance your professional development.
Competitive hourly rate of £26.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

A qualified Registered Adult Nurse with a current, active NMC Registration.
Proven post-registration clinical experience in a Critical Care or HDU setting.
Clear evidence of continuous professional development and its practical application.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
