Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is looking for a passionate Swimming Instructor to join the team at a premier Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Gloucester, UK. In this role, you will play an active part in promoting health and fitness by delivering engaging, high-quality swimming lessons to club members.
Working on a flexible bank contract, you will deliver sessions on an ad-hoc basis tailored to your availability. You will foster an encouraging, safe environment for swimmers of all ages, helping them gain confidence in the water and achieve their personal fitness objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured one-to-one and group swimming lessons for participants of all ages and ability levels.
Utilize the Swim England framework to design effective, fun, and progressive lesson plans.
Encourage participant progression while highlighting facility advantages and promoting club memberships.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong communication skills with an approachable, dynamic, and supportive teaching style.
Ability to tailor lessons to meet individual customer needs while adhering to safety guidelines.
