Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Day Care Assistant, you will be the heart and soul of our residents’ daily lives, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness are integrated into everything you do.

• Assist with Daily Living: Gently support residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and enjoying meals—always with kindness and respect.

• Encourage Independence: Empower residents to maintain their dignity, choice, and self-confidence.

• Cultivate Warm Connections: Build trusting, meaningful relationships with residents and offer a reassuring, professional presence to their families.

• Person-Centred Care: Contribute to personalized care plans, ensuring each resident's unique physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

• Create a Joyful Environment: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and tidy atmosphere where residents truly feel at home.
