As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of the care home's facilities, ensuring all building systems are operating safely and effectively. You will coordinate contractors, respond to maintenance issues promptly, and support compliance with health and safety standards while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the home.
Carry out and coordinate maintenance and repairs across building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities.
Manage external contractors and respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency repairs.
Support health and safety compliance while supervising maintenance activities and assisting with facilities management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Good understanding of health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
