As a supportive bridge staffing agency dedicated to pairing exceptional leaders with industry-leading brands, we are proud to partner with Morrisons to find a high-performing Market Street Manager for their Wincanton store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead and empower a passionate team to put customers first, drive market-leading product availability, and manage all department routines including scheduling, training, talent development, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower colleagues to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and market-leading availability.

• Manage all people routines, including department scheduling, absence tracking, performance management, and talent development.

• Drive operational excellence, ensuring teams work with purpose against all store and department targets.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and other operating departments.

• Deliver effective training so team members have the confidence and capability to thrive across various areas.

• Take an active leadership role within the wider store environment.

• Experience: Proven background in team management within a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, service, or travel & tourism industries).
