About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) on a permanent basis on behalf of Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, Somerset, a purpose-built 101-bed hospital supporting men and women with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism.
In this vital clinical role, you will ensure patients receive high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. You will take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, provide mentorship to team members, and maintain accurate clinical records as you help individuals along their pathway to better health and wellbeing.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: A relevant nursing qualification with a current, active NMC registration as an RNLD.
Experience: Previous professional nursing experience from the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Skills: Strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, excellent clinical judgment, and a flexible, positive approach.

Proximity & Attitude: A commitment to supporting vulnerable adults, and ideally living within a manageable commute of Wellington, Somerset (TA21 9FF).
