About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at Bamfield Lodge Care Home, you will help our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Working on a flexible, casual basis—with a particular focus on covering weekends—your varied and rewarding duties will include:
Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and food and drink support.
Following tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
Delivering meaningful companionship, sharing great moments, and providing dedicated one-to-one time.
Bringing your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling, person-centred care environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted and dedicated individuals who are available for weekend cover and want a flexible work schedule. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and the compassion to deliver top-tier support.
