Hours: 36 hours a week, permanent, days or nights available

You will look after the physical, mental and social needs of residents in a Barchester care home – planning care, giving medicines safely and leading care on shift.
Key requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Up-to-date clinical knowledge and confidence making clinical decisions
Experience writing care plans and risk assessments
Understanding of DoLS/MCA and medicines guidelines
A kind, person-centred approach to nursing
