About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a proven, energetic Shop Manager to lead operations at the Greggs shop located on East Street in Bedminster.
In this pivotal leadership position, you will take full ownership of shop performance, driving customer satisfaction across all service channels—in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru. You will lead, recruit, and motivate a dedicated team to maintain high standards while keeping operational performance on target.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Drive high team performance through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and colleague engagement.
Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day shop standards, ensuring a clean, fully stocked, and welcoming environment for all customers.
Financial & Performance Control: Maintain tight operational oversight on wage controls, waste management, and customer service metrics.
Hands-on Leadership: Lead from the front by actively participating in food preparation, oven management, and customer service during peak trading periods.
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Line Manager in retail or a fast-paced food-on-the-go environment.
Strong leadership abilities with a history of developing teams and maintaining high engagement.
Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing wage and waste targets.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
