About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to help you take the next step in your career as a Floor Manager in Colchester. You will take full ownership of the shop floor—driving performance, coaching your team, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Floor Management: Take charge of the shop floor to maintain pristine store standards and keep customers happy.
Team Leadership: Lead, energize, coach, and support team members to help them perform at their absolute best.
Performance Driving: Monitor sales and KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to improve store results.
Operational Agility: Plan ahead, adapt quickly, and stay one step ahead of the fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
Leadership Style: A natural ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others.
Standards & Focus: Deep pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards with a results-driven mindset.
