Shift Pattern:
Days: 6-hour shifts (08:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 20:00) and 12-hour shifts (08:00 – 20:00), including alternate weekends
Nights: 12-hour shifts (20:00 – 08:00), including alternate weekends

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a dedicated On-Site Domiciliary Care Assistant for a permanent role at the award-winning Richmond Villages Wood Norton.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal care duties (such as bathing, dressing, and continence care) within their own homes across the village, championing their dignity and independence.
Supporting at mealtimes by serving meals in apartments or the care home, which may involve walking assistance, wheelchair transfers, or using a hoist.
Promoting the mental and physical activity of residents through hobbies, interests, and village events.
Responding promptly to emergency calls when the care alert system is activated.
Collaborating with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals (such as GPs, Chiropodists, and Physiotherapists).
Maintaining accurate, full administrative records of care given, activities, and health updates.
Previous experience in a care or dementia setting, or a Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care (highly desirable).
A genuine passion for caring for others, respecting their choices, and prioritizing their safety and wellbeing.
An optimistic, empathetic attitude with strong listening and communication skills to engage confidently with residents and families.
