Employment Type: Bank Contract (Flexible shifts available for days and nights: 08:00 – 20:00 & 20:00 – 08:00)

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and flexible Care Assistant to join our team on a bank contract. In this rewarding role, your passion for caregiving will shine as you provide high-standard clinical, social, and emotional care, ensuring our residents feel supported, valued, and right at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific individual requirements.

• Support residents with a wide range of differing needs, from friendly companionship to personal care.

• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, supporting nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring resident health and reporting changes.

• Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

• Note: Because we care for vulnerable people, a satisfactory DBS check is required (fully covered by Bupa).
