In this full-time senior clinical role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 37.5 hours per week leading scrub services, taking charge of operating theatres, and coordinating multidisciplinary team workflows. You will champion patient safety, ensure strict adherence to Quality Governance and regulatory standards (CQC/HIW/HIS), mentor junior practitioners, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based perioperative care in Colchester, UK.

Promote patient safety and quality governance in full compliance with Nuffield Health policies and national standards (CQC) in Colchester, UK.
Provide high-quality scrub and Surgical First Assistant (SFA) care, building strong collaborative relationships with consultants and clinicians in Colchester, UK.
Active registration with the HCPC (Operating Department Practitioner) or NMC (Registered Nurse) in Colchester, UK.
Extensive post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a theatre environment, preferably with SFA qualification or experience in Colchester, UK.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a focus on clinical governance and patient safety in Colchester, UK.
Competitive pay rate equivalent up to £23.00 per hour depending on experience for 37.5 hours per week in Colchester, UK.
