Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit on behalf of Monread Lodge Nursing Home to join their team in Knebworth, UK. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to oversee the overall clinical, operational, and commercial success of the home. In this pivotal leadership role, you will take full accountability for delivering high-quality personalized care while ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory standards.
As the registered lead, you will drive operational excellence by managing budgets, leading and mentoring staff, and fostering strong connections with residents, families, and external healthcare stakeholders. Your vision and leadership will ensure the nursing home maintains an exceptional level of care while operating as a thriving, well-managed community.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the daily operational, financial, and clinical management of the home in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
Lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary care and nursing staff, maintaining a positive workplace culture and high standards of service delivery.
Build and sustain positive working relationships with external stakeholders, social services, regulators, and residents' families.
Requirements
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with an active and valid NMC pin.
Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, care quality standards, and proven experience in leading healthcare teams (Registered Home Manager experience desirable).
Valid right to work in the UK and reside within a realistic commutable distance to Knebworth, UK.
