About this role
As a Care Assistant (Night), you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care tailored to the individual needs of residents during night shifts. Working collaboratively with night care colleagues, you will monitor resident well-being, assist with night-time and early morning routines, and respond promptly to resident calls.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance during night shifts, including hygiene, comfort checks, and early morning routines.
Monitor resident safety and well-being overnight, responding promptly to call bells and individual needs.
Support individualized care plans to ensure each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence are maintained throughout the night.
Requirements
A compassionate, reliable, and attentive approach to caregiving, especially during overnight hours.
Effective communication skills with full flexibility to work night shift rotas.
Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Bridlington, UK.
