Undertake comprehensive risk assessments before installations and repairs.
Demonstrate the correct functionality and safe installation of items, identifying faulty or damaged stock.
Maintain professional timeslots, communicate politely with service users, and participate in a rotational on-call rota with enhanced pay.
You possess a technical maintenance background and a strong, empathetic approach to customer-facing healthcare support.
Experience: Ideally 1 year or more experience in a similar role within public, healthcare, or a service-based industry.
Driving Requirements: Must hold a full, in-date UK driving licence.
Personal Qualities: Reliable, physically capable of handling heavy equipment (such as beds and hoists), polite, and client-focused.
Right to Work: Candidates must possess the full, satisfactory right to work in the UK (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
